QPST Tool (Qualcomm Product Support Tool).
Target device with USB Debugging enabled.
Enable Diag Port: Connect your device to the computer and turn on Qualcomm Diagnostic mode (using dial code *#801# / *#9434# or running adb shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb via root shell).
Confirm Connection: Open QPST Configuration and verify that the Qualcomm Diagnostic COM port is visible under the Active Phones section.
Open Restore Tool: Click Start Clients from the top menu, choose Software Download, and navigate to the Restore tab.
Load QCN File: Click Browse next to the QCN File field to load your downloaded Oppo N3 N5207 QCN File.
Flash Network Data: Tick the checkbox Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, click Start, and wait for the restoration process to reach 100%.
Reboot: Disconnect the USB cable and restart the handset.
