Restoration Steps

1. Enable Diag Port: Connect the handset to your PC and activate the Qualcomm Diagnostic interface (dial *#801# / *#9434# or execute adb shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb in root shell).

2. Confirm Connection: Open QPST Configuration and ensure the active Qualcomm Diagnostics COM port is recognized under Active Phones.

3. Open Restore Tool: Navigate to Start Clients > Software Download, then switch to the Restore tab.

4. Load QCN File: Click Browse next to the QCN File field and load your downloaded Oppo R1C R8207 QCN File.

5. Flash Network Data: Check Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, click Start, and wait for the restore process to reach 100%.

6. Reboot: Disconnect the USB cable and restart your device.
