QPST Tool (Qualcomm Product Support Tool).
Target device with USB Debugging enabled.
Enable Diag Port: Connect your device to the computer and turn on Qualcomm Diagnostic mode (using dial code *#801# / *#9434# or running adb shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb via root).
Check Port Status: Open QPST Configuration and verify that the Qualcomm Diagnostic COM port is visible under Active Phones.
Open Restore Tool: Click Start Clients from the top menu, choose Software Download, and switch to the Restore tab.
Select QCN: Click Browse in the QCN File field to load your extracted Oppo R3 R7007 QCN File.
Flash Network Data: Tick the checkbox Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, hit Start, and wait for the restoration to reach 100%.
Reboot: Unplug the USB cable and restart the handset.
