Restoration Steps

1. Enable Diag Port: Connect your device to the computer and turn on Qualcomm Diagnostic mode (using dial code *#801# / *#9434# or running adb shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb via root).

2. Check Port Status: Open QPST Configuration and verify that the Qualcomm Diagnostic COM port is visible under Active Phones.

3. Open Restore Tool: Click Start Clients from the top menu, choose Software Download, and switch to the Restore tab.

4. Select QCN: Click Browse in the QCN File field to load your extracted Oppo R3 R7007 QCN File.

5. Flash Network Data: Tick the checkbox Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, hit Start, and wait for the restoration to reach 100%.

6. Reboot: Unplug the USB cable and restart the handset.
