Requirements

Restoration Steps

1. Enable Diag Port: Connect your device to the PC and switch on the Qualcomm Diagnostic interface (dial *#801# / *#9434# or run adb shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb if rooted).

2. Confirm Detection: Launch QPST Configuration and make sure the active COM port appears under the Active Phones tab.

3. Open Restore Tool: Navigate to Start Clients > Software Download, then switch to the Restore tab.

4. Select QCN: Click Browse and load the downloaded Oppo R831S QCN File.

5. Flash Network Data: Check Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, click Start, and wait for the process to complete.

6. Reboot: Once finished, disconnect your phone and restart it.
